I have been ordering from this company for years and I never sent back a item ever. Let’s start I Ordered a back ordered bra. I waited almost a month to receive the new robin bra that they have advertised on the website. Received the bra and it did not fit. I tried on the bra one time! So I send it back for a Refund. Company denies the refund mentioning there are stains in the armpit area. How could there possibly be armpit stains on a bra that I tried on for all of 1 minute. On top of that I spent money to send the bra back and the company wants me to pay $10 to have the bra returned or else they’re going to donate it.What type of bogus nonsense is that? So not only did I pay the original $60 for the bra then an additional 10 dollars to send the bra back and now they want me to pay another $10 to get the bra returned to me that does not fit. So in total I paid almost $80 for a bra that I can do nothing with absolute BS! I will never order from this company again!
I ordered my first time from this company, and this is my horrible experience. This Medium item Rago Shapette Waist was too small I paid 46.28. The next day sends back for an exchange to print a label I paid from the website for shipping $5.95. After a while, I received a large size but they charge me again at a full price. Besides the Large size is the same as a Medium. No contact, not by email or phone. Finally, we chatted, they refunded $35.33. On their website, it says one thing, but they doing another. They are absolutely scam and totally frauds. They are messing with people. NEVER EVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I returned a few items that didn't fit and they emailed me that one returned bra was not accepted because it was worn and had spots on it. I wore it for all of two minutes trying it on and there was absolutely nothing on it when I returned it. They would not show me a photo of the bra or send it back to me unless I paid an additional $10 shipping fee after I already paid extra to return it. I have called and called and emailed and emailed and no one is even getting back to me. Horrible customer service.
I appreciated the customer support and help with sizing but found only a couple of options in color choice for my style and size.
I place a order for a bra on the 15th of April , still haven’t received it ...Well I will never order from them ever again .
I have been waiting on a back order for bars and panties since 2020. This should not be happening.
Purchase a TH hoodie for $50...very cheap and thin material...so I requested a return label for a refund...this business owner knows how to create a long return process, so it would never get back to their warehouse or store...first they had me drop off package at USPS, then FedEx would pick the package up...then it gets dropped off @ another USPS in there farthest city location other than there location...keep in mind this delivery system takes over 2-3 weeks...no way should a return package be delivered this way...don't do business with this store...
Customer service is just horrible! I placed an order for over $300.00 in bikinis for my trip to Mexico. Shipping was delayed 2 weeks from the time I started to try to get my product. My product was lost in a ware house. When I contacted the shipping company I was told I had to contact the supplier. I have a screen shot of this. I contacted herrom. Jacalyn told me there was nothing she could do. I told her I was going to stop payment and she said, “ok”. Seriously?! I contacted my credit card to stop payment. My shipment arrived miraculously 5 days later. It took over 3 weeks to receive my product. I sent everything back. They could’ve tried to contact the shipper or resend my products and deal with the shipper on the side.
I was directed to your site from a family member. They raved about your Company. And even gave me one of your products as a gift. I was so happy with it that I purchased 7 more only to be disappointed on arrival. Upon looking at my order I was disappointed seeing that One of my "Exquisite Form Coloratura Flutter Sleeve Short Nightgown" had what appears to possibly be mud or ink dried on the material. The packaging was not damaged at all. I'm not sure how this happened but it certainly don't make a 1st good impression with the customer.Easy to navigate the site with a fast and easy checkout.
Absolutely terrible, especially if O/S. Charges exorbitant amounts for returns with shipping more than 5 times orginal shipping and more than 6 times what I could ship it back for - ending up more than the product cost. Also attempted to retrun wrongly addressed goods that arrived at my place and this was a nightmare. No wonder things take so long. Don't use. Not worth it.
Do not. I repeat do not do business with this company. If an order is missing they won't do anything and just say it shows delivered. Neither this company nor the post office took any responsibility to even find my purchase or made any attempt to resend it or refund it. Ridiculous. Will never give this company anymore money and I have advised everyone I know to stay far far away from this company.
I attempted twice to pay via paypal and finally realized you don't accept the pay by 4 option. Ridiculous.
These slips vary in size according to who manufactures them; last time I ordered the size I have gotten for the past 5 years and they were too tight; so I am reordering hopefully two more. Last time it also took over a month to receive; hopefully sooner. Thanks
